At "Enchanted by MK Design", we pride ourselves on quality fashion. We always use durable, quality materials in our product and have placed much thought and time in the selection of our materials from our suppliers. If for any reason your item does not meet your quality expectations, as outlined in our product descriptions, please don't hesitate to contact us. We would like to work with you to correct any mistakes, within reasonable limits.
Repairs
Our Enchanted line of products has been hand-crafted with meticulous attention to detail and construction. If for any reason your item requires repair, outside of negligence or normal wear and tear, please contact us. If you require an alteration and/or repair to one of your items please contact us at any time. We do offer in-house alteration & repair service (for an additional fee).
