          "Enchanted by MK Design" is happy to offer affordable shipping across Canada and the U.S. Most of our items will be shipped for a flat fee ( depending on location ) or another option is having your item tracked (the fees will reflect this option).  Shipping rates will be confirmed at the time of your order.  Alternatively, if you are local to our studio you may feel free to pick up your order at any time, free of charge.

          All items arrive properly labeled, packaged and boxed/bagged too ensure safe delivery.  If at any time your order arrives in an unsatisfactory condition  please contact us ASAP so that we can address the issue with our parcel service.

          For shipping outside of Canada  please note that Duty fees may apply to your order.  This is at the discretion of your local duty office and cannot be determined by our office.  Whenever possible we will strive to ship all items in the most convenient way possible for our clients.
